In a dystopian future, the Liberation Party has seised control and rules with an iron fist. During a raid by the secret police, two dozen dissidents are massacred. Devotion follows eight different story lines, each of which intersects with the massacre. Devotion is about the difficult choices that people must make every day when living under a totalitarian regime at the height of its power.
